How it works

Fill out our online referral form or you can contact us at 317.260.0340 and give us your referral's information. It is as simple as that. If your client decides to lease with HPM, then you will receive a referral check for $250!

When will you receive your referral bonus

You receive your referral bonus as soon as we are paid. The move-in date is the "close" date.

Your referral client remains YOUR client

Your referral will always be your client. We document your information along with the referral, so if they decide to sell their home in a year or two, we will refer them back to you. This means you never lose out on a client relationship and sale! It is a win win opportunity for you.
